Our products adopt vacuum melting and electroslag remelting processes. The material features high metal purity, dense microstructure, uniform chemical composition, low gas content and reduced harmful impurity elements. With smooth surface and excellent service performance.

Everything You Need to Know Before Ordering
What alloy materials do you mainly produce?
We mainly produce bars of Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel and superalloys, including but not limited to HC-22, HC-276, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 825 and Monel 400.
What melting process do you adopt?
We apply double melting VIM‑VAR / VIM‑ESR technology to reduce gas and harmful impurities for high purity and dense microstructure.
Can you supply custom forgings according to drawings?
Yes. Custom forgings are available based on your drawings & technical requirements. Semi‑finished blanks can be returned for re‑forging.
What standards are your products compliant with?
Goods can be supplied per ASTM, ASME, GB and other customer‑specified technical specifications.
Can you provide material test certificates?
Material test certificates are provided for each batch of finished products.
Where are your products widely applied?
Suitable for aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear power, wind power, shipbuilding, metallurgy and other harsh‑condition industries.
How do you guarantee product quality?
Full‑process quality control covering raw material selection, melting, forging, rolling and final inspection before warehouse storage. Strict tests are performed on critical procedures.
